Orders are shipping via New Zealand Post. Customers choose their level of postage therfore different policys apply. 

All items are dispatched within 48 hours of ordering. It is then in the couriers hands. 

If you have selected NON-TRACKED shipping, this is at your own risk. We cannot track your order and have no idea where it is once it is dispatched. Choosing this option is at your own risk. 

If you have selected TRACKED OR COURIER post then you are able to track your item at www.nzpost.co.nz. Please contact NZ Post with this tracking number for further enquires.
